Principal Dentist

Dr Tina loves that she has the chance to create confident smiles in her patients. She's known for her empathetic nature. She treats all patients with the highest of professional care and attention to detail.

Tina brings 12 years of experience to our practice, with exceptional proficiency in dental implants, extractions, root canal and all things cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign.

Dr Nichola Waite

Dentist

Dr Nichola loves making her patients lives better by helping them improve their oral health and reduce any dental anxieties when visiting. She's known for her kind and gentle nature, in particular working with children and nervous patients.

Dr Nichola brings 5 years of expertise to our practice and is born and bred in Gippsland.

Debbie Ha

Oral Health Therapist

Debbie is passionate about giving patients a positive, fun and rewarding experience—especially those who may have reservations about the dental setting. She loves getting to know her patients beyond just their teeth!

She's known for her optimistic, easy-going and warm nature. Debbie brings 8 years of experience to our team. She loves talking about all things Invisalign and is a sensation when it comes to giving your kiddies the best experience.

Bridgette Davey

Oral Health Therapist

Bridgette loves getting to know each of her patients. Her empathetic and reliable nature make her an oral therapist patients trust.

She brings 10 years of expertise to the team. In 2012, she received the Dentsply Award for Excellence in Dental Hygiene and Oral Health Education. Bridgette is passionate about oral hygiene and loves whitening our patients smiles!

Teodora Nicev-Panova

Oral Health Therapist

Teo loves getting to know new patients, and her light-hearted nature makes people feel at ease. She's enjoyed 6 wonderful years in the industry and understands that no two patients are the same.

Teo is inspired by helping individuals achieve a confident smile. She loves looking after your little ones and talking about Invisalign and the fundamentals of clear aligners.

Tennille Tomholt

Practice Manager

Tennille goes above and beyond to ensure our practice is a place that patients look forward to visiting. Her open-hearted and caring nature make you feel right at home every time. Having dedicated the past 20 years to the dental industry, she brings a wealth of insight and knowledge to the dental journey.

Tennille understands the fears and anxieties associated with 'the dentist' and works hard to ensure that Dental Republic uniquely focuses on providing the very best patient experience.

Mikaela Voss

Assistant Manager

Mikaela adores what she does and enjoys seeing the transformations of our patient's smiles. Her passion, honesty and bubbly nature complement her dedicated work ethic.

With 8 years of experience, she's exceptional at welcoming patients and children while ensuring they feel completely comfortable throughout their visit.

Kasey Briana Woolfe

Clinical Coordinator

Kasey's friendly and easy-going personality supports new and existing patients in feeling at ease during their visits or appointments. She strives to ensure the experience is positive, and her ultimate goal is to have people leave the practice smiling.

Dogtor Alfred aka ‘Alfie’

Therapy Dog

Dogtor Alfie is our practice puppy/therapy dog in training with the all important job to charm our kiddies and anxious patients.
He loves all the pats and occasionally sneaks in a cheeky kiss (he simply cant help himself!).

He is undoubtably our hardest working team member which means he often takes time off to rest. If you want a meet and greet, make sure to let our team know.
